67 Jurisdiction of the “court.”E+W
(1)In this Act “the court” means the High Court, . . . F1, or the county court, where those courts respectively have jurisdiction.
(2)The procedure under this Act in, . . . F1 [F2the county court ] shall be in accordance with the Acts and rules regulating the procedure of those courts.
