Any claims for compensation by any officer, solicitor, or other agent of the lessor in respect of fees or remuneration (not being remuneration attributable to work rendered unnecessary by this Act) which would have been payable by the lessee or underlessee on any renewal, if this Act had not been passed, shall be treated as part of the fines or other money payable to the lessor and be discharged out of the additional rent or commutation money or otherwise by the lessor, and the lessee or underlessee shall not otherwise be concerned therewith.
