Section 1.

SCHEDULE E+W+S Matters in respect of which Particulars may be required

1 E+W+S Names, sex, age.

2 E+W+S Occupation, profession, trade or employment.

3 E+W+S Nationality, birthplace, race, language.

4 E+W+S Place of abode and character of dwelling.

5 E+W+S Condition as to marriage [F1 or civil partnership], relation to head of family, issue born in marriage.
