[F1Subject to section 5(2B) of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907, all]actions of declarator of marriage, and of nullity of marriage, . . . F2, and all actions of divorce, . . . F3 shall be competent to be brought and insisted on only before the Court of Session.
