The enactments described in the first column of the First Schedule to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in the second column of that Schedule, being amendments consequential on the foregoing provisions of this Act.

Any reference in this Act to any enactment is a reference thereto as amended by or under any other enactment, including this Act.

This Act may be cited as the Ministers of the Crown (Parliamentary Secretaries) Act 1960.
