CONVENTION

For the Unification of Certain Rules relating to International Carriage by Air

CHAPTER IScope—Definitions

Article 2

This Convention applies to carriage performed by the State or by legally constituted public bodies provided it falls within the conditions laid down in Article 1.

This Convention shall not apply to carriage of mail and postal packages.
