47 Provisions as to notices and public inquiries.E+W+S
(1)The provisions of the Ninth Schedule to this Act shall have effect as to the service of notices under this Act.
(2)Subsections (2) to (5) of [F1section 250 of the M1Local Government Act 1972] (which relate to local inquiries) shall have effect in relation to any inquiry held under this Act in relation to land in England or Wales . . . F2 . . . F3
(3)[F4Subsections (2) to (8) of section 210 of the M2Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973], shall have effect in relation to any inquiry held under this Act in relation to land in Scotland, including any inquiry so held under any provisions of the Scottish Acquisition of Land Act as applied by this Act.
