EIGHTH SCHEDULE Tenancies of allotment gardens and other allotments

Subsection (2) of section six of the Act of 1922 (which relates to the charges of the valuer for a valuation under that section) shall apply in relation to a valuation under the last preceding paragraph as it applies in relation to a valuation under that section, with the substitution, for the reference to the landlord, of a reference to F1the person from whom the compensation under this Schedule is claimed .
