20Interpretation of Part II

In this Part of this Act, except so far as the context otherwise requires, expressions used in the principal Act have the same meanings as in that Act.

In this Part of this Act the expression " the principal Act " means the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act, 1925.
