Dwelling-house.

Farm offices.

Subsoil and other drains.

Walls and fences.

Deep trenching.

Clearing the ground.

Planting trees.

Making piers or landing stages.

Roads practicable for vehicles from the croft to the public road or the sea shore.

All other improvements which, in the judgment of the Land Court, will add to the value of the croft to an incoming tenant.
