31In subsection (1) of section one hundred and sixty-four, the reference to land acquired by a Minister, a local authority or statutory undertakers under Part V of this Act shall be construed as including a reference to land acquired by the Central Land Board under Part IV of the Act of 1947, as well as to land acquired under the said Part IV by a Minister, a local authority or statutory undertakers.
