If any person F1... falsifies any certificate, declaration or order [F2(including any copy of the same in an approved electronic form)] under this Act, or knowingly uses, or gives or sends to any person, as genuine any false F1... certificate, declaration or order [F2(including any copy of the same in an approved electronic form)]for the purposes of this Act, he shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding [F3level 1 on the standard scale].
