<Text>Where a licence imposes rights or obligations, property transfer regulations may apportion responsibility for exercise or compliance between transferor and transferee.</Text>

<Text>In <InternalLink Ref="section-21" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2026/27/section/21" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2026/27/section/21/enacted">this section</InternalLink>, “<Term id="term-licence">licence</Term>” includes permission and approval and any other permissive document in respect of anything transferred.</Text>
