27Reports by Secretary of State
(1)
The Secretary of State must, after the end of each relevant three-year period, lay before Parliament a report on how the Secretary of State has performed the duty under section 23(1) during that period.
(2)
In subsection (1), “relevant three-year period” means—
(a)
the period of three years beginning with the day on which this section comes into force, and
(b)
each subsequent period of three years.
