<Text>This Act comes into force at the end of the period of three months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.</Text>

<Text>The fact that any worrying or attacking of livestock took place (or is alleged to have taken place) before this Act comes into force does not in itself affect the availability, in connection with that worrying or attacking, of the powers conferred by virtue of <InternalLink Ref="section-2" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2025/32/section/2" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2025/32/section/2">sections 2</InternalLink>, <InternalLink Ref="section-3" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2025/32/section/3" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2025/32/section/3">3</InternalLink> and <InternalLink Ref="section-4" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2025/32/section/4" DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2025/32/section/4">4</InternalLink>.</Text>
