- Impact Assessments have been prepared for each part of the Act and cover the implications on bodies and organisations which derive from this Act.
- All of these figures are estimated based on a number of assumptions about implementation which are subject to change. Further details of the costs and benefits of individual provisions are set out in the Impact Assessment that was published alongside the Bill during Bill passage.
