Notification of CMA U.K.

170 Notification requirements: undertakings U.K.

(1) This section applies to an enforcer that is not the CMA which accepts an undertaking under section 163.

(2) The enforcer must by notice inform the CMA of—

(a) the terms of the undertaking, and

(b) the identity of the person who gave it.
