The Trade Marks Act 1994 is amended as follows.

In section 91 (power of commissioners for revenue and customs to disclose information), for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d)

Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.”

In section 97(8)(d) (forfeiture; England and Wales or Northern Ireland) for “the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008” substitute Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.

In section 98(14) (forfeiture; Scotland), in paragraph (d) in the definition of “relevant offence” for “the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008” substitute Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
