(1)

Schedule 5 to the CRA 2015 (investigatory powers: enforcer’s legislation) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph 10—

(a)

omit “regulation 19(1) or (1A) of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1277);”;

(b)

at the appropriate place insert—

  • “section 231(1), (2) or (3) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.”

In paragraph 18(b) for “the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1277)” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
