In section 6 (assigning of names to streets etc), after subsection (3) insert—

In the case of an order under subsection (1) to which section 81(5) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023 (requirement to demonstrate necessary support before street name altered) applies, subsections (2) and (3) do not apply.
