Part 2Carbon dioxide capture, storage etc and hydrogen production, transport and storageChapter 1Revenue support contractsInformation and adviceInformation and advice831Revenue support regulations may make provision about the provision and publication of information and advice.2The provision that may be made by virtue of subsection (1) includes provision—afor the Secretary of State to require a revenue support counterparty, to provide advice to the Secretary of State or any other person, or persons of any description, specified in the regulations;bfor the Secretary of State to require any party to a revenue support contract to provide information to the Secretary of State or any other person, or persons of any description, specified in the regulations;cfor the Secretary of State to require any of the following to provide information or advice to the Secretary of State or any other person, or persons of any description, specified in the regulations—ia hydrogen levy administrator;iian allocation body;iiithe GEMA;ivany other person or description of persons specified in the regulations;dfor a revenue support counterparty to require a person specified, or of a description specified, in the regulations to provide information to it;efor a hydrogen levy administrator to require—ia revenue support counterparty,iian allocation body,iiia relevant market participant, orivany other person or description of persons specified in the regulations,to provide information to it;ffor an allocation body to require any party to a hydrogen production revenue support contract or carbon capture revenue support contract to provide information to it;gfor the classification and protection of confidential or sensitive information;hfor the enforcement of any requirement imposed by virtue of paragraphs (a) to (g).3The prohibition on disclosure of information by—asection 105(1) of the Utilities Act 2000;bArticle 63(1) of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/419 (N.I. 6));does not apply to a disclosure required by virtue of this section.S. 83 in force at Royal Assent for specified purposes, see s. 334(2)(a)(v)S. 83 in force at 26.12.2023 in so far as not already in force, see s. 334(3)(b)
