36Review of the performance of the ICRIR’s functions
(1)
The Secretary of State must carry out a review of the performance by the ICRIR of the functions conferred by section 2(5).
(2)
The Secretary of State must carry out the review by the end of the third year of the period of operation of the ICRIR.
(3)
The Secretary of State must lay a copy of the review before Parliament.
