6 Meaning of “English body” E+W

In section 79 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (English bodies), in subsection (1)—

(a) after paragraph (c) insert “and

(f) a limited liability partnership which has its registered office in England.”;

(b) omit paragraphs (d) and (e).
