Safer Communities services and policy development, including expenditure by Forensic Science NI, Youth Justice Agency, net expenditure for the Probation Board for NI, Police Ombudsman for NI, NI Policing Board, NI Police Fund, Police Rehabilitation and Retraining Trust and the RUC George Cross Foundation, also expenditure on state pathology services and the Prisoner Ombudsman, Independent Monitoring Boards, and search and rescue services.
