In Schedule A2 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (tribunal jurisdictions), after the entry for “Section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996” insert—

  • “Section 27K of that Act (complaints about tips etc)

  • Section 27N of that Act (complaints about information)”.

in section 194 (House of Lords staff), after subsection (2)(a) insert—

(b)
