8Duties of the Bank etc

Any duty imposed on the Bank or its directors by or under this Act is enforceable on an application by the Treasury—

(a)

by injunction, or

(b)

in Scotland, by interdict or by an order for specific performance of a statutory duty under section 45(b) of the Court of Session Act 1988.
