In section 6 (interpretation of Part 1)—

a

omit the definition of “authorised”;

b

after ““dormant”” insert “(except in the term “dormant assets funds”)”;

c

after the definition of “reclaim fund” insert—

  • “transfers”, in relation to the balance of a dormant account, includes bringing about the transfer of the balance.
