PART 3Final provisions

78Extent

(1)

Except as provided by subsection (2), this Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(2)

Any amendment or repeal made by this Act has the same extent within the United Kingdom as the provision amended or repealed.

(3)

His Majesty may by Order in Council provide for any of the provisions of Part 1 or this Part (so far as relating to Part 1) to extend, with or without modifications, to—

(a)

the Isle of Man;

(b)

any British overseas territory.
