I18Employment tribunals

In section 11 (restriction of publicity in cases involving sexual misconduct)—

a

in subsection (1), for “Employment tribunal procedure regulations” substitute “Procedure Rules”;

b

in subsection (6), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “restricted reporting order”, for “regulations made by virtue of this section” substitute “Procedure Rules of the kind mentioned in subsection (1)(b)”.
