Section 3 of the Act comes into force on Royal Assent.
Section 1 comes into effect on Royal Assent in so far as it makes provision for the purposes of making regulations under the Pension Schemes Act 1993.
Other provisions of section 1 come into effect on a date specified in regulations.
Section 2 comes into effect on Royal Assent in so far as it makes provision for the purposes of making regulations under the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993.
Other provisions of section 2 come into effect on a date specified by order.
