paragraph 310 (which amends section 7 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988);
b
paragraph 313 (which amends section 27 of that Act);
c
paragraph 365 (which amends paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (New Drivers) Act 1995).
