After section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006 insert—
“275AReferences to functions: delegation etc
(1)
A reference in this Act to the functions of a person includes functions of others that are exercisable by the person by virtue of any provision of any enactment (unless the context otherwise requires).
(2)
Regulations may create exceptions to subsection (1).”

(a)
amendments that are consequential on this section and other provisions of this Part, and
(b)
other related amendments.
