I1I2102Relevant bodies and Special Health Authorities

In this Part—

  • “relevant body” means—

    1. a

      Health Education England,

    2. b

      the Health and Social Care Information Centre,

    3. c

      the Health Research Authority,

    4. d

      the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority,

    5. e

      the Human Tissue Authority, or

    6. f

      NHS England;

  • “Special Health Authority” means a Special Health Authority established under section 28 of the National Health Service Act 2006.
