Construction products regulations may make—

a

different provision for different purposes;

b

different provision for or in relation to different parts of the United Kingdom;

c

transitional, transitory, consequential and supplementary provision or savings.

The provision made by paragraphs 2 to 19 does not limit the power conferred by paragraph 1.
