Construction products regulations may make provision for and in relation to the publication by relevant authorities of information held by them in connection with their construction product functions.

Provision under sub-paragraph (1) may include provision as to—
a
the circumstances in which information may or must be published (which may include circumstances in which the information could not otherwise have been lawfully published);
b
how, where and in what form information may or must be published.
