In this Act—

• “authorised inspector” has the meaning given by section 5(1);

• “glue trap” has the meaning given by section 1(11);

• “glue trap licence” has the meaning given by section 2(1);

• “pest controller” has the meaning given by section 2(12);

• “premises” includes any place and, in particular, includes—

  1. a

     any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or hovercraft;

  2. b

     any tent or movable structure.
