In subsection (1), at the appropriate place insert—

““tri-service serious crime unit” means the unit described in section 375(1A) of the Armed Forces Act 2006;”.

In subsection (6)(b), for the words from “serving” to the end substitute “serving—

(i)

with that force,

(ii)

with another of those police forces, or

(iii)

with the tri-service serious crime unit.”
