Schedule 2 makes provision about—

environmental improvement plans, and

(b)

policy statements on environmental principles,

in Northern Ireland.

49The Office for Environmental Protection: Northern Ireland

Schedule 3—

(a)

makes provision about the functions of the OEP in, or as regards, Northern Ireland, and

(b)

amends this Act to reflect those functions.
