A person aggrieved by a decision of the appropriate lower court on an application under section 25(1) or (2) or section 26(1) may appeal against that decision to the appropriate appeals court (see section 42).

An appeal under subsection (1) must be made before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day on which the decision to which it relates is made.

The appropriate appeals court may make any order the court thinks appropriate.
