11 E+W In Schedule 4 to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (offences to which defence for slavery or trafficking victims under section 45 of that Act does not apply), after paragraph 35 insert—

“Serious Crime Act 2015 E+W

35A An offence under section 75A of the Serious Crime Act 2015 (strangulation or suffocation).”
