2In section 80 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (EU law) in subsection (8A)(b) (as amended by the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020), omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (iii) and, at the end of sub-paragraph (iv), insert “, or
(v)section 1(1) or 2(1) of the Trade Act 2021.”
