130Extent

(1)

This Act extends to England and Wales and Scotland only, subject as follows.

(2)

Subject to subsection (4), the following provisions extend to Northern Ireland only—

(a)

Part 2;

(b)

section 117 and Schedule 8;

(c)

section 120 and Schedule 9;

(d)

section 129 and Schedule 11.

(3)

The following provisions extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland—

(a)

section 126(2);

(b)

this section and sections 131 and 132.

(4)

An amendment or repeal contained in this Act has the same extent as the enactment to which it relates.
