The Pensions Act 2004 is amended as follows.

In section 69 (duty to notify the Regulator of certain events)—
a
in subsection (7), for “section 10 of the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26) (civil penalties)” substitute “section 88A (financial penalties)”;
b
in subsection (8), for “That section” substitute “Section 88A”.

In section 80 (offences of providing false or misleading information to the Regulator), in subsection (1)(a), after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—
