In section 110 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (minimum of 7 years for third class A drug trafficking offence)—
a
in subsection (1)(a), the words “committed after 30th September 1997”;
b
in subsection (2A)(a)(ii), the words “was committed after the relevant date”.
