Regulation 14 (protection of personal data) is amended as follows.

After paragraph (1) insert—

The PIU must permanently delete any PNR data referred to in paragraph (1).

In paragraph (3)(c) for “non-UK competent authorities” substitute “ EU PIUs, Europol or Eurojust ”.
