(a)paragraphs 2 to 13 make amendments of retained direct EU legislation (as amended by regulations made under section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018),
(b)paragraph 15 makes transitional provision, and
(c)paragraph 16 makes consequential amendments.
