PART 4Prohibited activity requirement

In this Code “prohibited activity requirement”, in relation to a relevant order, means a requirement that the offender must refrain from participating in activities—

a

on one or more particular days, or

b

for a particular period.

Where the court makes a relevant order imposing a prohibited activity requirement, the following must be specified in the order—

a

the activities from which the offender must refrain;

b

the day or days on which, or the period for which, the offender must refrain from those activities.

A prohibited activity requirement may, in particular, include a requirement that the offender does not possess, use or carry a firearm within the meaning of the Firearms Act 1968.
