41E+WIn this Code “[F1electronic monitoring requirement] [F1electronic compliance monitoring requirement]”, in relation to a youth rehabilitation order, means a requirement for securing the electronic monitoring of the offender's compliance with other requirements imposed by the order during a particular period (“the monitoring period”).
