8In relation to an offence committed before 3 December 2012, paragraph 18 of Schedule 6 (youth rehabilitation orders: requirements) is to be read as if—
(a)in sub-paragraph (4)(b), the reference to 16 hours were to 12 hours, and
(b)in sub-paragraph (5), the reference to 12 months were to 6 months.
