314 E+W In Schedule 1 to the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, in paragraph 1(b), after “section 130 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6)” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
